Triana

Today my group got to explore our neighborhood alone for a bit. We made it all the way to the study center and back and only took our map out a couple of times. We also went to a store called "El Corte Inglés" which I guess is like Walmart but not quite as cheap, and bought some of the basics. On the way home we stopped at a little cafe for treats and café.

Now I am about to take my first siesta! But it is so beautiful and sunny I think I might just head to a park by my apartment and read a little in Triana.

These are views of Triana. It is one of the oldest neighborhood in Seville and it is just on the other side of the Guadalquivir River. It is famous for "La Calle Betiz," which runs right along the river, because of the popular discotecas and beautiful views.
